37. Cole Phelps (LA Noire)
One of my favorite detectives(other than Batman), Cole Phelps was a normal cop on beat patrol, when a call from emergency dispatch changes his life and he works his way up to the top, ultimately becoming a detective. He is able to catch people lying with ease, and can hold his own in a fire-fight. He is very persistent when he has a lead on something.
