Ico is one unlucky and sad character, he is often regarded as the black sheep of the village as any misfortune or tragedy that occurs in the village is promptly blamed on him. A group takes him to a castle and binds and starves him, hoping that his death would bring the end of the misfortune. But of course he does not die, and instead, he fights the Queen and her army and eventually kills her. I like this character because in spite of all the hatred for him, he still manages to get over himself and do the impossible.
