26. Vergil (Devil May Cry)
Vergil is one of my favorite characters in the Devil May Cry. He is calm, cool and calculating. The moment he puts his hand on his Yamato, you can be sure that someone is going to have a very bad day Vergil strikes so fast that the opponent does not realize they have been slained until he sheathes his weapon. Vergil embraces power and wants more of it.
