11.  Scorpion (Mortal Kombat)

Scorpion is one of the few characters that have appeared in every Mortal Kombat game as a playable character. He is definitely one of the most recognizable characters in the universe with his iconic shout “get over here”. Without his mask, his face is a flaming skull, his signature moves involve a rope with a tipped spear like object coming out of his hand at the end, and it impales itself into the victim’s chest.
