Vaas is not your typical guy with whom you would want to spend the day with. He is downright nuts, violent and he loves to monologue. When Vaas captures you the 3rd time, he talks to the player and offers some insight, to which I have no idea what he is talking about. But when the player starts to eyeball him, that’s when things get messy. Starts at 2.31.
