87. Street Fighter IV: Seth
Seth is the main villain of the Street Fighter IV series. We are not sure if Seth is an android or cyborg, regardless Seth has special powers and techniques to deal with various opponents. For example he has the sonic boom, shoryuken and other powers which are quite devastating. Fighting him is quite a challenge and a task.
