81. Zero: Mega Man X2
Zero is a well known and a beloved character in Mega Man, but you eventually have to fight him in Mega Man X2 and he has pretty much all the same attacks as Mega Man does. He has the ability to shoot energy blasts just like you, and can block your normal attacks. Zero has some pretty insane power ups and attacks.
