Need for Speed: Most Wanted to feature Kinect

Posted By | On 30th, Jul. 2012

New artwork for Criterion’s forthcoming racer Need for Speed: Most Wanted suggests the title will have some sort of Kinect functionality.

During the latest trailer for the game, the purple ‘Better with Kinect’ banner can be seen atop the Xbox 360 box.

It’s unclear to what extent Kinect will feature in Most Wanted, but it’s unlikely to be full functionality, and expected to be similar to that of the PlayStation Eye in Burnout Paradise. Racers could exchange ‘mugshots’ when taking down an opponent, almost always leading to some sort of profane hand gestures.
