Avengers Concept Artist Working on Indie Game for PC, PS4, and PS Vita

Launching this summer.

Josh Nizzi, the guy who has worked on some of the biggest blockbuster movies in recent memory- Iron man, Transformers, and The Avengers- has joined forces with Spark Plug, an independent game developer, to develop MechRunner, an action game that will be hitting the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Steam on PC this summer.

Nizzi will bring his considerable expertise with working on creating increasingly outlandish, over the top, but amazing looking giant robots and mechs to MechWarrior. Vice president and art director for Spark Plug, Ben Lichius, certainly seems to think so, stating that, “I think we have some of the most detailed, amazing looking mechs to ever appear in a video game.”

What you see above is a trailer for the game- it already looks phenomenal, but the developers are now asking for your help in going the extra mile, so if you want to, have a gander by their Kickstarter page, and donate some money if you will. Game looks like it’d be worth it.
