Cannot adjust frame rate:  Go to Steam Library, Right Click On The Game, Click Properties, Then General Tab, Then ‘Set Launch Options’, Copy paste in the box: -Hz=(desired refresh rate)

Game Freezes: Disable super sampling and tesselation.
