New Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Trailers Debut Teddie and Elizabeth

Er, spoiler alert.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, the sequel to Persona 4 Arena, which in itself was the sequel to Atlus’s hit RPGs Persona 3 and Persona 4, is due out later this year on the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3, and it will be wrapping up the storyline of those two games permanently, providing a conclusive end to the saga.

Atlus released two new trailers recently- both in Japanese- that show us Teddie and Elizabeth. Shadow Teddie is of course the suppressed facet of Teddie’s personality that had to be defeated in Persona 4 before Teddie got access to his Persona, while Elizabeth was the star of the Velvet Room alongside Igor in Persona 3.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is being developed by Arc Systems and published by Atlus. It’ll be due out later this year on Xbox 360 and PS3, followed by Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth, a dungeon crawling crossover of Persona 3 and Persona 4, exclusively on Nintendo 3DS, followed by Persona 4: Dancing All Night on the PS Vita next year, and Persona 5, exclusively on the PS3.
