Warframe, the excellent free to play two player co-op shooter that has already been released and made waves on the PC and the PlayStation 4, has already been announced for a release on the Xbox One for a while now. And now, we know specifically when it will be releasing on Microsoft’s newest console- the game will be launching on September 2, so just fifteen days from today.
Of course, the Xbox One version will benefit from the fact that it is launching so late- all the bugs and kinks that plagued the PC and especially the PS version will have been ironed, smoothed, and kinked out, so Xbox One owners should get a pretty polished and ‘complete’ experience right off the bat as well. The game will support Game DVR, as well as Xbox SmartGlass, as far as Xbox specific features go.
