New WWE 2K15 Video Takes Us Into The Making of the Game

A new era.

Posted By | On 05th, Sep. 2014

WWE 2K15 represents a clean break from the past, and the start of something new. As the first game in the WWE series that is being developed entirely under, and with the full oversight of, 2K Sports (last year’s game was also technically published by 2K Sports, but a large part of the game had already completed development under THQ before they went under), it represents a new era of wrestling games, something that the developers seem to understand, given the new development diary that they released.

2K Games wants WWE 2K to be an annual sports franchise that they can bank on, not unlike EA’s plethora of EA Sports franchises, or 2K’s own NBA 2K franchise. They seem to be going all in with this game, and it looks like we might actually have a proper, great wrestling game again after more than a decade of mediocre games in the genre.

Check out the new video for yourself above, and let us know what you think.
