Koei Tecmo’s Samrurai Warriors 4 will be running at 1080p on the PlayStation 4, Akihiro Suzuki confirmed to GamingBolt. However the frame rate will be variable depending on what area the player will be in.
“Yes , the visual output will run in the indicated specs although the frame rates will vary at certain areas whilst playing being exact,” Akihiro said to GamingBolt. We also asked him whether the team faced any difficulties in porting the PS3 version to the PlayStation 4 and it seems that they did not faced any show stopping challenges.
“Although it was the first time for the Samurai Warriors team in developing for the PS4 hardware, having the Dynasty Warriors 8 project up and running a step ahead of us helped a lot so it was not as difficult as first anticipated,” Akihiro added.
Samrurai Warriors 4 will release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita in October. Stay tuned for more Samrurai Warriors 4 updates in the coming days.
