Dead Space 2 – ‘Severed’ DLC Details, Video Interview & Screens

Some of you might already know about the ‘Severed’ DLC coming soon to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. The DLC features two standalone chapters that will star Gabe and Lexine from ‘Dead Space: Extraction'(Arcade Game free with Dead Space 2 pre-order), who are trying to survive as well as escape the Necromorph infested Sprawl. The contents story will run parallel Issac Clarke’s story. There is little known about the DLC right now, you might not even need Dead Space 2 to play it but I believe you do as it is an “expansion”.  Below is an a video below features ‘Dead Space 2’ Executive Producer, Steve Papoutsis answering questions about the DLC among other random ones, like the hand cannon unlock in ‘Dead Space 2’ which is s-w-e-e-t.  You can check out more screens and details regaurding the ‘Severed’ DLC here at Gamerzines.  There is no word yet on a release date or price for the content but keep it here to stay informed.
