Call of Duty 2015 Will Feature Scripted Events, Improved A.I., and More

Where there is smoke, there is fire.

Infinity Ward is working on a new Call of Duty game- and judging by the sheer number of leaks and job listings that have been posted for the game recently, it sounds like it is not that far away and also like they are ramping up again, trying to graduate past the level of the widely considered disappointing Modern Warfare 3 and Ghosts, and going back to the time when their Call of Duty games were considered industry wide events, and their name was synonymous with the name of the series.

We’ve already talked about their previous job listings– now here’s another one, where they are specifically asking for people with a very specific set of skills, that seems to hint at there being scripted events and much improved bot A.I in the multiplayer modes.

Considering that Call of Duty’s multiplayer has largely followed the same (successful and actually very fun) template since 2007’s Modern Warfare, a change is now long overdue; and fortunately, it seems like change might be just what we are getting.
