Focus Home Interactive and Tindalos Interactive officially announced that Battlefleet Gothic: Armada is now under development for the PC; the game is going to be a real time strategy game and it will be based on the famous Games Workshop tabletop RPG.

The game will use Unreal Engine 4, and will see players take command of battlefleets. Players will be able to customize every single aspect of their fleets, including weaponry, defense and support sub-systems. Your progress will be persistent across battles as well, with your ships and commanders earning experience and getting more powerful over the course of the game.

That’s really all that we know about the game so far; the game will be officially unveiled very soon, but for now, all of this information and those three screenshots that you see above are really all that we have. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information on the game.
