The Division: New Development Diary Talks About The Music

Music matters, guys.

Although there hasn’t been much hype about it lately (because of the sorry state that Ubisoft games have launched in lately, and because Ubisoft themselves have, wisely, decided to rein in the hype a bit of late), The Division is still a thing, and it is still coming later this year. Ubisoft and their developers have been working away at the ambitious looking title, and this new development diary, which you can see above, talks about the game’s music and the soundtrack.

The video talks a lot about the work that went into composing the music that was used in the game’s reveal, and how that helped augment the kind if message that Ubisoft wanted to make with the game’s announcement, and also talks about the effort involved in scoring the game in general.

The Division is slated to launch later this year on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Doubtless we will see more of it at E3 this year. Stay tuned.
