Killzone 3 beats Bulletstorm to top of UK chart

Posted By | On 28th, Feb. 2011

Killzone 3 takes the No.1 spot on the UKIE/GfK-ChartTrack All Formats chart for the week ended February 26, with Epic’s new IP, Bulletstorm debuting in the number 2 spot.

The full chart is as follows:

Top 10 (week ended February 26)
01. Killzone 3 (Sony)
02. Bulletstorm (EA)
03. Call of Duty: Black Ops (Activision)
04. FIFA 11 (EA)
05. Just Dance 2 (Ubisoft)
06. Dead Space 2 (EA)
07. Marvel Vs Capcom 3 (Capcom)
08. Need for Speed Hot Pursuit (EA)
09. Wii Party (Nintendo)
10. Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood (Ubisoft)

It’s not surprising to see an established franchise beating a new IP comercially, but it might have been nice for Bulletstorm to take an early lead in the charts. Still, we never know what the future will hold.
