FIFA 16 COVERS

On Tuesday, Electronic Arts went one better, when they announced they were going to be tweaking the box art for the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the in order to add both Alex Morgan and Christine Sinclair to the box art. Morgan, of the recent FIFA World Cup Champion United States team is going to be featured on the Xbox One version.

Member of the Canadian national team, Christine Sinclair is going to be on the PS4 version of the game. Both women are sharing the spotlight with the original cover athlete and worldwide soccer star, Lionel Messi. In the announcement for the change to the cover art, Morgan made it clear this was something she found very important. “It is an incredible honor to be one of the first women featured on the cover of EA Sports FIFA.  know people all over the world play this game and I’m really excited that FIFA 16 is putting such an important spotlight on women’s soccer. And now to share the cover with today’s greatest player is surreal.”
