When Destiny: The Taken King launched, players got the ability to take one of their characters to level 25 without having to kill a whole slew of bad guys. Now, it appears Bungie has made yet another way to get a character to that level, if players don’t want to play their way up there available. According to users on Neogaf, Ambitious has found that there are some booster packs going live on the PlayStation store in the United States and Europe.

These packs contain a Level 25 boost for one Titan or Hunter or Warlock as well as a Subclass Boost as well as Telemetries. When the packs were first announced as launching, it should be pointed out the packs weren’t available to everybody but it seems as though they will be available by the end of the day. It shouldn’t come as a great surprise that in order to get these booster packs, you’re going to have to pay a pretty penny.

There are likely some people who aren’t going to be really happy that there is now a way to buy yourself a boost to rank 25. The team has been working hard on bringing new features to the game, especially since the Taken King expansion went live. Before now, the company had only been offering the ability to purchase emotes but this is a definite step up when it comes to in-game content that can be purchased. Destiny and Destiny: The Taken King is available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
