Far Cry Primal may look awesome (and it probably will be, too), but it is still a Ubisoft game- and you know what that means: pre-order bonuses, pre-launch and day one DLC, and as much monetization of the game as is possible. And indeed, the newest trailer for Primal sheds light on the ‘Legend of the Mammoth’ DLC, which will be made available to everyone if they pre-order the game right now.
Sigh.

Far Cry Primal is the first entry in the series to be made exclusively for the current generation systems. It is set in a prehistoric, tribal human society, and promises to offer a fresh new take on the Far Cry experience. It will be available on PS4 and Xbox One on February 23, with a March 1 release for the PC version.
