The flak Call of Duty Infinite Warfare has received ever since the trailer debuted months ago has been enormous. Granted that players get tired over the same formula year after the year, but as more information keeps dropping in, the more we learn that game is shaping up to be quite intriguing.  In an interview with Playstation Lifestyle, Jordan Hirsch sat down and discussed what goes in the game’s crafting system.

Hirsch revealed that the mechanics are quite simple and the more you play the game, you will be rewarded with salvage which is the game’s currency for crafting.

“The crafting system is really actually pretty simple. While you play the game, you’re earning salvage, which is the crafting currency. So you’ll play the game. If you win, you’ll get a little bit more. It’s mostly tied to the amount of time you’ve played,” Hirsch stated.

“So you’ll get that crafting currency, and then you’ll go into our armory, which will have a list of all of the base weapons, and all of the rare prototype weapons. So you can select the weapon you want to craft, hit a button, and craft it. (More rare weapons) will take more crafting currency to unlock. Right now I believe we have a little over 80 weapons. We have some plans to add some more in the future,” he further added.

We’ll just have wait till November 4th to find out if the game is different from the rest. Call of Duty Infinite Warfare releases on November 4th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC
