Dark Souls 3’s Second DLC Might Be Called City of the Dead- Rumor

YOU DIED.

We know that the second bit of DLC for Dark Souls 3 is due out later this year. we also know that Bandai Namco and From Software will share more information about it later, too. But it looks like that information may have leaked already.

YouTuber Sanadsk (via WCCFTech) mentions that the second DLC for Dark Souls 3 has been mentioned multiple times in the game’s code and files- simple datamining reveals that the DLC may be named City of the Dead, and that that name implies that it might be set in Landor, a city that is said to be populated by Hollows in the lore of the games.

Hopefully, whatever the second DLC is turns out to be better than Ashes of Ariandel– the first bit of DLC for Dark Souls 3 was disappointingly short and lacked meat on the bones, with a focus on PvP more than PvE. Dark Souls 3 is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
