Star Wars Battlefront 2 New Gameplay Video Shows Off Starfighter Assault

EA and DICE promised that they would have the Starfighter Assault mode playable at Gamescom from the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront 2– and indeed, it looks like that was the case. And thanks to DualShockers, we even get to see some of how the game plays.

The footage was captured running on a PS4 Pro, and it looks surprisingly great (though with Xbox One X enhancements, it will definitely end up looking better still on that platform). As for the mode itself, it looks to be pretty fun, and is likely to be one of the more popular modes that players end up picking.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is DICE’s follow up to its extremely flawed 2015 reboot of the beloved Star Wars shooter franchise. It will be launching on November 15 this year, and it will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Make sure to check out the footage for yourself below.
