Battlefield 2018 – DICE Working On Reveal Trailer

Randy Evans of DICE confirms the news.

Battlefield 1

It was confirmed by EA not so long ago that the next Battlefield game would be launching in October 2018, in lieu of Anthem, which has been delayed to 2019, and there have been constant rumours and reports circulating about what it may or may not be about. Apparently, we’ll be finding out soon enough.

Randy Evans of DICE recently took to Twitter and confirmed that work on the Battlefield 2018 reveal trailer is currently underway, meaning that EA should be able to show the trailer to the world soon enough, which would confirm things such as the game’s name and setting- we’re assuming. Evans has previously worked on trailers for Mirror’s Edge, Battlefield, and Battlefront.

As per recent reportsBattlefield 2018 is going to be set during World War 2- though I guess we’ll know one way or another for sure pretty soon anyway. While we wait for Battlefield 2018, DICE is continuing to support Battlefield 1 with more content (the Apocalypse DLC), and we also recently published our review for the newly released Turning Tides DLC, which you can read here.
