Microsoft, CD Projekt And More Companies Confirmed For GamesCom 2018

More early applications were received for the event than last year.

Gamescom 2018 in Cologne, Germany doesn’t open its doors until August 21st, but a press release revealed today name drops a whole lot of publishers and developers who were sure to put in for their early application to appear at the show when it happens later this year.

Even this early in the game, we have a nice long list of game developers and publishers who have been accepted and will show off their stuff. 13% more applications were received over last year, which fills out 10% more exhibition space and represents 40 different countries.

We have Epic Games, Kalypso Media, Konami, Microsoft, Ubisoft, Square Enix, CD Projekt, Deep Silver, Electronic Arts, Techland, THQ Nordic, Wargaming, Astragon Entertainment, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Bandai Namco, and Bethesda Softworks, all confirmed by the press release. Hardware specific companies include Trust Gaming, Gigabyte Technologie, Omen by HP, Medion, Razer, Roccat, Asus Computer, Alternate, Caseking, DXRacer Marketing Europe and Zeus Hardware.
