Star Wars Battlefront 2 Night on Endor Update Detailed

You get to hunt Ewoks?

EA and DICE have continued slowly chipping away bat Battlefront 2, working to make it better than its dreadful reception at launch suggested it to be. The newest attempt in that initiative will be the upcoming Night on Endor update, which DICE detailed today. Among other things, this update entails a new, limited-time mode, as well as new Appearances they can unlock via Crystals and Credits.

The mode is called Ewok Hunt, which has you playing either as the Ewoks or the Stormtroopers (I suspect many Star Wars fans who hate Ewoks will want to play as Stormtroopers so they can pick on the little lovable scamps). Microtransactions will also be returning to the game, albeit for cosmetic only items- you cannot purchase game progression items with real world money.

You can check out a brand new trailer for the update for yourself below. Star Wars Battlefront 2 is available now on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
