An adaptation of the wildly popular card game, Yu-Gi-Oh!, came out in 2015 for PS4 and Xbox One, called Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist. Earlier this year, an enhanced re-release of the game was announced for the Switch, titled Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution. It released in Japan April 25th as a digital-only title, but it seems that publisher Konami will also release a physical version for its upcoming worldwide release.
As you can see from the official Yu-Gi-Oh! Twitter below, Link Evolution will have both a digital and physical release when it comes to the west. The game features all the content and DLC released for the original Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist, which has cards and storylines from the anime series, spanning the original to the latest ARC-V series. It will also include Link Monsters and New Master Rules in addition.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution doesn’t have a date for release outside Japan yet, but we will hear more about the game, including a possible date, later this month.
