It’s been a long while since it was originally announced, but we finally got a (Japanese) release date for Persona 5 Scramble. The mousu-style game will be a sequel to the popular Persona 5, mixing the horde based action combat with elements of Persona. The story will also take our heroes to some different places across Japan, and we got some neat commercials to show them off.

The short commercials were shown across several local Japanese TV stations. Each one shows off one of the locations that will be featured in Scramble. There is, of course, Shibuya, Tokyo where the events of 5 took place. The Phantom Thieves will also be going to Sapporo, Sendai, Osaka and Okinawa. If you happen to know anything about Japanese culture and geography all of these will sound familiar. If not, each commerical highlights the area and what they’re known for. Thanks to BuffMaister for compiling all five commericals into one package which you can see below.

Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers will release February 20th 2020 for PlayStation 4 and Switch in Japan. As of now there’s no date for the west. Don’t forget that the enhanced remake of Persona 5 is coming soon as well in Persona 5 Royal.
