Regardless of what one thinks of the Epic Games Store, and there’s certainly a lot of strong opinions on it, you got to love that the storefront gave away a massive amount of free games last year. It was recently announced that the practice would continue into 2020 and already a few games have been given away. This week is a rather unique platformer in the form of Horace.

Horace is a cinematic platformer where you play as a robot who is in search of his human family. You’ll travel thorough time and space while overcoming various challenges. The game is primarily a platformer but also has a range of minigames from rhythm to FPS games. You can download it now via the store.

Horace is free now on the Epic Games Store and will be until January 23rd. After that, the next free game will be The Bridge, a puzzle game based around perspective and physics.
