Let’s start off with a bang, because Suffolk County Charter School is one of the creepiest places in Fallout history, no question. The school is crawling with ghouls who were once students of the school, and were part of the Nutritional Alternative Paste Program, which essentially replaced their food with stuff that wasn’t healthy eating by any means.
