Nintendo is in the habit of, at times, not revealing which studios have developed some of its first-party titles, especially if they were developed by external studios (as was the case quite recently with Super Mario RPG’s remake, developed by ArtePiazza), and similarly, details on who exactly has developed the upcoming Princess Peach: Showtime! have been elusive.

A datamining leak from its recently released demo, however, seems to have revealed that Princess Peach: Showtime! was developed by Good-Feel, the studio behind the likes of Kirby’s Epic Yarn, Yoshi’s Woolly World, and Yoshi’s Crafted World.

That’s as per Famiboards user MondoMega, who says that as per the game’s demo files, its internal name was PJ037, which is in keeping with internal naming conventions for past titles developed by the studio. For instance, the internal name for Yoshi’s Crafted World was PJ033.

Nintendo hasn’t provided any official details on the studio behind Princess Peach: Showtime!, and is unlikely to do so, which means official confirmation won’t arrive until the game is out later this month.

Other details on the game’s development – such as what engine it is built on – have also been scant, though a display box for the title spotted in China revealed that it has been developed using Unreal Engine, similar to the aforementioned Yoshi’s Crafted World.

Princess Peach: Showtime! launches on March 22 for Nintendo Switch.
