First Ninja Gaiden 3 review is here, gets destroyed by IGN

Posted By | On 19th, Mar. 2012

IGN has given Ninja Gaiden 3 a 3/10 score, and the review is completely scathing and brutal. No one else has reviewed the game yet, but more reviews should go live soon so that we can compare. Our review will be live soon as well, till then, no comments on the game from us.

This is what IGN’s review concluded with:

“It has no consideration for its fans’ wants or what a new audience may have enjoyed. It’s a nightmare that’s as easy as it is uninteresting, and it abandons what used to work for awful new ideas that don’t work together. Under no circumstance should you ever waste your time on this self-indulgent and abysmal wreck”

Ouch… Team Ninja must not be pleased with that score, and if other sites do the same – things aren’t looking too good for the franchise.

UPDATE: CVG has given the game a better score: 8/10.
