Killzone 3: secondary fire confirmed?

Posted By | On 22nd, May. 2010

With so much comments going around the net saying “I want this and that in Killzone 3” some, just like me, mentioned secondary fire.

If you have played the first title, weapons such as the ISA and Helghast assault rifles had secondary fire, and sadly, secondary fire was not present in Killzone 2, which had many gamers (like me) a bit disappointed.

Apparently, our wishes may be coming true, according to the latest screenshots of Killzone 3, Hermen Hults confirmed secondary fire to be present in Killzone 3.

After being asked about the new Wasp weapon, Hults said “We call it our ‘portable weapon of mass destruction’. ”

“Once you have a Wasp, you can discharge a flurry of rockets, which look like swarm of robotic insects when they eject out of your muzzle,” he said.

Switching the Wasp to its secondary fire mode allows you to blow your entire clip on a target, which instantly reduces Helghast tanks and dropships to ashes.” he added.

What do you guys think? will you be happy to see Grenade Launchers on your rifles once again? I know i will.
