Worms Collection slowly wriggles onto consoles in August

Posted By | On 25th, Jul. 2012

In what sounds like a disgusting medical procedure, Worms Collection will be coming to the UK on 31st August for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

This collection entails: Worms, Worms Ultimate Mayhem, Worms 2: Armageddon as well as 6 bits of tasty DLC, all slapped onto one big, delicious disk.

The Worms games, first  featuring in 1995, are one of the last bastions of the eccentric, quintessentially English games of the 90’s. Brimming with charm and with no real reason for them to exist, the Worms games have very much stood the test of time, with Worms Revolution on its way later this year.

There isn’t yet an RRP of sorts, but publishers Mastertronic have been quoted as saying the bundle will be at a “price you can’t afford to miss.’ We’ll see about that.
