The above is our first look at what the achievement interface will look like on the upcoming next generation console from Microsoft, the Xbox One. The news comes a few weeks after the release of the PlayStation 4’s achievement preview, but really it’s not a surprise given that the Xbox One has an extra week’s leeway in terms of release.

Not surprisingly, Microsoft has decided to keep in tune with their controversial “tile world” system of organization for the Xbox One achievement mechanic, and players will be able to view each of their unlocked achievements as a series of tiles on their Xbox One home screen

Achievements can be viewed in several organizational schemas, including the options to view in terms of the percentage of completed achievements per game, the overall list of unlocked achievements, or even sorting by the achievements of friends on Xbox Live.

Xbox One will launch on November 22nd in 13 regions across the world.
