Alien: Isolation Switch Version Shows Off Tense Gameplay

The alien is still terrifying on the go.

Alien: Isolation came out a few years ago to scare the crap out of everyone. The experience was a much different one than previous games based on the franchise. Instead of focusing on action, it instead focused on the tense stalking of the Alien who is portrayed as a super predator stalker enemy. Now the game will come to the Nintendo Switch, and today we got a look at the gameplay with Nintendo’s hybrid.

The developer of the port, Feral Interactive, released a brief gameplay video. It’s less than a minute, but it gives you an idea of what the game will look and play like. It manages to hold up pretty well, and yes, the Alien is as terrifying on the go as he is on your bigger TV and monitor.

Alien: Isolation is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Switch version is slated to come out sometime this year. It will include the base game as well as all the DLC that was released.
