All-new Title Runemaster and Much-anticipated Sequel Hearts of Iron IV Announced at Paradox Convention

Get hyped.

Paradox Interactive, holding the Paradox Convention in Miami, today announced two new games- an all new original game called Runemaster, as well as Hearts of Iron IV, the next entry in the long running series.

Runemaster will be a role playing game set in a fantasy world based on Norse mythology; Hearts of Iron IV will be, much like the previous games in the series were, a strategy game set during World War II.

“Creating an RPG is something new for Paradox Development Studio, and it’s been a dream project we’ve wanted to undertake for a long time now,” said Johan Andersson, Studio Manager at Paradox Development Studio. “We’re always playing RPGs in our spare time and discovering new things we love about them as a game genre; it was only natural that sooner or later we’d have to design our own. Runemaster is the result, and we know our fans will love it.”

Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage on these games as it comes.
