There is a character named “Error”

Normally, I haven’t encountered any characters with the name error, though the Megaman games does enemies that  have names that are quite similar. However, originally his name is actually supposed to be Errol, but thanks to a programming error, he was named Error. Hope you can see the irony in this. This name became so popular that it even made its way onto T-shirts.
