Bowser hasn’t been the boss of every single game
You have to hand it to Bowser, as he is very persistent and remains constant in his goal. Bowser is the main adversary to Mario and he is the King of the Koopa, and he repeatedly tries to kidnap Princess Peach. However Bowser was not the main villain in every Mario game. The boss of Super Mario RPG was actually Smithy, while the boss of Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga was Cackletta, and Wario was a boss in some games.
