Since jbg0623 was unable to provide a paypal address we have to unfortunately disqualify him. As having a paypal account was one of the rules of the contest (for non Indian Residents) and jbg0623 never had one, the next immediate top scorer will be awarded the prize.
So doub7, congrats you have won the contest. Now since you are not from India, I will be emailing you asking for your paypal id, so reply asap and you should have the equivalent money transferred to your account.
