While Animal Crossing had slowly been sneaking up as one of Nintendo major IPs, last year’s New Horizons made it explode. It’s sold over 30 million copies and has been a big driver for several regions that saw record sales. The game continues to get updates, some based on other Nintendo properties, but a lot are based on specific seasonal events. As you know, St. Patrick’s Day is coming up, and New Horizons will have some items for you.

Starting next week, you’ll be able to purchase some St. Paddy’s themed items. A shamrock soda, shamrock doorplate and shamrock rug will all be purchasable. They will be available for a week with the specific item changing each day. Some shamrock fashion will also be available at Able Sisters.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available now on the Nintendo Switch. The shamrock items details will be available starting on March 10th and will run until St. Patrick’s Day itself on March 17th.
