ARMS 4.0 Update Introduces New Character Misango

Plus, new element, new mode, new stage, and balance tweaks.

ARMS will be getting another major update soon, which will introduce a brand new character to the 3D arena fighting game- Misango. Misango appears to be very different aesthetically from the other fighters in the game’s roster so far- he seems to have a tribal aesthetic, and his ARMS seem to feature animal transformations, too.

The new character will also be accompanied by a new stage (his home stage, I imagine), new ARMS, balance tweaks, a new mode, and an all new element- Poison- to throw another wrinkle into the mix for serious players of the game.

ARMS released on the Nintendo Switch exclusively back in June; since its launch, it has been the beneficiary of some superlative and exemplary free post launch support (although the pace has certainly been far slower than the rate of new content for Splatoon 2). Check out the new trailer introducing Misango for yourself below.
