Assassin’s Creed 3 is getting a fair bit of attention, but it’s offshoot, Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation is also quite interesting. Built from the ground up for the Playstation Vita, players will take control of an Assassin named Aveline, who’s got more sides to her than your average day Bruce Wayne.

In this behind-the-scenes developer diary, we get a look at how Aveline operates, inspiring fear wherever she goes. Naturally, her enemies are a cowardly and superstitious lot, so as long as they’re not touting guns or Bane, she should be fine.
