It seems that a full list of achievements for the upcoming installment in the Assassin’s Creed series, Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag has been released onto the Xbox 360 website. The game has a slated release of October 29th for PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U, and a November release for PS4 and Xbox One.
