The update has just minor tweaks.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate for the Xbox One and the PS4 received a brand new update this week. The update, version 1.3 comes after the PC version received its version 1.2 update just a few days ago. These updates are welcomed by fans of the series, who are willing to admit that this game launched in much better shape than its predecessor but there are always going to be little tweaks and changes that an update can come along and fix.

This particular update isn’t large at all, as long as players have downloaded the previous updates. There are some minor tweaks here and there, but it’s pretty obvious that the launch of this content is not going to dramatically change the game. There is likely not a real need for a huge update, considering the size of scope of the last one, which launched in November. That one did indeed come with some impressive changes including some lip sync tweaks that make the game quite a bit more realistic.

The game was officially launched back in October and while there are some people who look at the game as being more of the same, it has almost universally gotten props for repeating what made the other games truly impressive without repeating most of the mistakes that made Assassin’s Creed Unity such a massive mess. If Ubisoft can continue to roll out updates on an even semi-regular basis, that’s going to bode well for the long term playability of the title.
