Atlus seem to have finally played their hand for the Tokyo Game Show this year- they will be hosting another special Persona themed concert at the event this year, and presumably, that is where they will share more news about the perennially upcoming, highly anticipated, but never quite releasing PlayStation exclusive RPG, Persona 5.

The stage event will feature some popular musical talents behind the Persona series like vocalist Yumi Kawamura, Lotus Juice, Shihoko Hirata, DJ WAKA and many others- all of the people who have given Persona 3 and Persona 4 their distinct musical sound will be performing music from the games live on stage.

But it’s not just going to be about the music, either- there will be a live talk show featuring Persona Stalker Club’s hosts Mafia Kajita and Tomomi Isomura, and this is where we expect major news for the game, such as its release date, to be announced and confirmed, at least for Japanese territories.

So, to everyone who has been waiting for Persona 5 all this while: your wait is almost over. We’re almost here. Just hang on tight, we have a little over a week to go.
