Koei Tecmo has confirmed that its follow up to its adaptation of the popular Attack on Titan anime, Attack on Titan 2, will be coming to the west as well. This was probably to be expected, since Attack on Titan is one of the most popular anime properties this side of the big pond at the moment.
Attack on Titan 2 will release in the west for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC; the PS Vita version of the game, which was announced for Japan, will not be making its way over to the west, which makes sense, given the state of that platform over here (or indeed, in Japan, where it seems to be dying a rapid death).
We also get to see some brand new screenshots of the game. What we don’t get is a release date, which Keoi Tecmo promises is information that it will share “at a later date”.
