Bard’s Tale 4 New Trailer Showcases Its Gorgeous World

Gorgeous in engine video makes compelling case.

InXile’s newest venture, Bard’s Tale 4, is currently seeking funding via Kickstarter, but to make sure that we are convinced and on board, they released a brand new video for it. The video is all in engine, and showcases the gorgeous world and environments that players can expect from this modern rendition of the classic dungeon crawler, if the game is funded and gets made.

As for that, as of right now, the Kickstarter has received $932,303; the goal is $1.25 million, and it still has 36 days left to go, which means it will probably hit that amount without any hitches. InXile promises that it will put in $1.25 from its own end as well.

Built with Unreal Engine 4, Bard’s Tale 4 is currently due out for PC, Mac, and Linux with a projected release date in 2017. It will not be the first Kickstarter game that InXile has tried, either, as they have already successfully funded Wasteland 2 and Tormemt: Tides of Numenera this way.
